HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR FRIEND!

What have I been doing?  I made this bag.  Well, maybe I should say I finished this bag.  It took me a while to get it done.  It is a gift for my dear friend whose birthday is today.  You can see the first bag I made here (scroll down).   The bag is the Barbados Bag from Pink Sand Beach Designs. I made the previous one as a sample, which my daughter quickly claimed as her own.  It was fun making this bag for my friend.  I think she liked it when I gave it to her today.  I love this bag and after making it a couple times, the pattern is easier for me.  Who knows, maybe I won’t even need Lee Anne there to help me next time…maybe.  Lee Anne has a London City bag class coming up…maybe I’ll see you there.

DON’T FORGET:

  • Carpet Bag, Friday, Oct. 17, 10-4.
  • Four Patch Fun, Monday, Oct. 20, 10 a.m.

Until next time,

Stay Calm! Stay Kind! Stay Positive!

That's a bright, cheerful bag. Who wouldn't love using it. Patterns have a great way of getting easier the more we make from them.
