BLOCK #2 OF IN REMEMBERANCE

Block #2 is ready to be stitched.  This appliqué block is from the book El Camino Real.  I previously blogged about it here.  I don’t think I’ll be making the entire quilt, but do want to make three blocks and the two borders and make it as a bed runner.    I’ll probably be doing the stitching when the Applique Bee meets next Tuesday, March 25th from 1-4 at the Attic Window Quilt Shop

In the meantime, don’t forget that the Modern Bee meets Wednesday, March 26th from 10-4

ON ANOTHER NOTE
Heads up for all you scrappy quilters.  Alamosa Quilter has a great tutorial for a Stars and Scrappy Stripes block.  I can’t wait to make this one!

Until next time,

Stay Calm! Stay Kind! Stay Positive!
Caroll

You have good taste in fabric and color. That is going to be such a pretty bed runner. I look forward to seeing what you have posted.
